We often act as the first point of contact for second homes or handle Rental Property Admin for landlords who don’t want the stress of a full managing agent but need support. We can coordinate gas safety checks, manage tenant access for repairs, and ensure your second home is heated, cleaned, and stocked with groceries before you arrive for the weekend.

Do you support busy families with schedules?

Absolutely. Family Lifestyle Support is a huge part of what we do. We can manage the family calendar, remind you of school deadlines, book children’s clubs, and organise nannies or tutors. We ensure the logistics of family life run smoothly so you can spend your weekends relaxing with your children, rather than organising their next week.

How do you handle contractors and repairs?

We take the administrative weight off your shoulders. As your Home Management Agency, we handle the research, booking, and scheduling of tradespeople. We ensure they have clear instructions and arrive at a time that fits your diary. While we do not physically wait in for them, we manage the entire process up to the doorstep so the work happens on your terms.
