It is one membership for your whole family life.

How does the monthly membership work?

The concierge membership guarantees you unlimited time in our calendar every month to organise your lifestyle needs. This isn’t just “hours bought”; it is priority access to VIP personal support. Because we cap our client list to maintain high standards, your membership ensures that when you need us, whether for a last-minute crisis or planned logistics, we are available and ready to act immediately.

Am I tied into a long term contract?

No. We believe the value of our concierge service speaks for itself, so we don’t lock you into rigid annual commitments. We provide a first 3 month onboarding experience to settle into the service and then you can decide to continue with on a rolling monthly agreement with a simple notice period. This gives you the stability of retained support without the feeling of being “trapped” in a contract if your circumstances change.

What happens if I need more hours one month?

Life is unpredictable, which is why our membership is unlimited and not hourly based, so your’e never having to worry about the clock as everything is included. If you anticipate a busy period, such as an upcoming office move, a large event, or complex travel plans, we meet your lifestyle management with no additional charge. If after the first 3 months of unlimited your needs change we can adjust the membership fee to suit.
